Your Responsibilities

Do you think it is time to something different? Then you are at the right place ! You will work in an exciting, international environment and contribute personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;


/ Defining and applying the Customer Service field strategy based on a multinational and competitive company’s main targets

/ Improving the business processes in order to reach to a satisfying productivity and acceptable gaining

/ Technical expertise for appliance groups in your responsibility area

/ Creation of technical documents like repair manuals, global/regional bulletins etc.

/ Main Customer Service follower inside of Product Development Process

/ Monitoring appliance performance and Customer Service processes and taking necessary actions for each targets

/Following feedback in order to share with the related Quality departments of the factories and support in order to focus on technical improvements

/Collaborating with various departments mainly Factory Quality Management, Technical Product Management, Local and Regional Customer Service departments etc


Your Profile

/ University degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering

/ Preferably minimum 2 years similar experience in White goods customer service or another customer service sector

/ Must have fluently English in verbal and communication

/ Excellent MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) knowledge is must, having knowledge on Excel macro is strong asset.

/ MS Power BI, Tableau or any other data visualization tool knowledge is an asset

/ Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working
