To be assigned in Customer Services Department, we are looking for a Field Operation Support & Service Account Assistant Manager with below qualifications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be in charge of supporting field operations of Customer Service Department for Home Appliances and AV products,
- Manage the relationships with service key accounts and make the agreements in line with providing proper administrative and financial requirements.
- Manage all aspects of service procurement processes, administrative works and expense control of the related service accounts,
- Drive the implementation of actions focused on increasing field technicians' productivity, service sales income and reducing costs,
- Ensure availability of parts, accessories, consumables and equipments,
- Control service incomes, administrative and operational costs,
- Prepare PnL and budget reports, making forecasts and cost distributions,
- Procurement and organization of required certification & training processes,
- Organize structural and renovation needs of the related service locations,
- Coordinate authorized service centres to acquire aftersales certifications of Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) and manage certification cost, process and the operation of the partner company.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. or Master degree from Business Administration, Engineering Departments, or Economics,
- Excellent command of verbal and written communications skills in English,
- 3+ years of experience in multinational companies, preferably in field service operations of Home Appliances or AV products, partner/customer relationship management roles, customer service or sales support with budget and PnL management experience,
- Good command of MS Office programs and experience in SAP is preferable,
- Good at multi-tasking, planning and organization,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with result-oriented mindset,
- Able to maintain good relationship with other departments of the company and external organizations with strong cross collaboration skills (Closely working with Procurement, HR, Controlling, Finance, Legal, and Field Teams),
- Adaptive and entrepreneurial approach: demonstrates flexibility, energy, and initiative in fast-paced, unpredictable, and matrix business environment,
- Can work under pressure with tight deadlines and can handle escalations calmly and competently.
