Introduction
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service team. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process by closely collaborating with internal teams and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, which involves managing the entire order-to-invoice cycle. Your role plays a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, which will contribute to the overall success and growth of our business.
This position is mainly located in Ankara.

What You’ll Do
- Understand the RFQ and customer’s actual needs, developing the value proposition for each offer.
- Create and process orders in a timely manner and review pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Direct customer requests to the appropriate internal units and respond to customers in a timely manner.
- Report data to customers and relevant supervisors and sales teams at regular intervals.
- Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for administrative and sales teams.
- Support the Sales Team in all required activities.
- Perform data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
- Collaborate closely with finance, logistics, and warehouse units to ensure seamless operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Native-level Turkish language skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is considered an asset.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze data effectively.
