/ Management of lifecycle activities for regional products in collaboration with marketing & operational functions for emerging market countries
/ Taking over the PLM role in global/regional product projects & ensure market conformity and norm compliance of products for country releases
/ Manages portfolio definitions & its optimization considering cost and complexity targets and performances of the products in the market
/ Evaluates and initiates new product requests & change requests (feasibility, cost, timeline) with marketing & global/regional operation functions
/ Coordinate and orchestrate all category-specific supply activities within region and for running ‘daily business’ first point of contact/key-account for BUs concerning operations topics
Your Profile
/ University degree in business, engineering and marketing comparable
/ At least 4 years of relevant experience and experience in management of product lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination
/ Strong analytical and strategical thinking,problem solving skills, communication skills with the ability to moderate global/regional cross functional teams and balance market requirements and company complexities
/ Knowledge in CG products is an asset and broad experience in operations disciplines (operations E2E view)
/ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, self-motivated, resilient, predictive, willing to take responsibility, enterpreneurial mindset, customer centricity
