At Enerjisa Enerji, we pioneer the energy transformation in Türkiye with a particular focus on sustainability and the vision for a better future for all and provide uninterrupted service to one fourth of Türkiye in our company’s main fields of activities, i.e., electricity distribution, retail and customer solutions, and e-mobility. Being the prominent player in the industry, our company reaches 10.7 million customers in 14 provinces and provides electricity distribution services to more than 22 million users. Furthermore, while we offer renewable energy, efficiency, and green energy solutions to our customers via the Energy of My Business brand, we also operate the first and fastest charging station network in Türkiye with Eşarj, the EV charging operator, of which Enerjisa owns 100 percent of its shares.

What awaits you in this role
We are looking for fellow team members for our People and Culture team.
- Responsible for managing recruitment and training processes related to the business units, in alignment with the BP Leader and Department Talent Management Leader,
- Monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment processes and prepare reports,
- Executing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, ensuring an efficient and high-touch experience for all candidates, from application to offer,
- Organizing training programs for IT and Internal Audit employees based on organizational needs,
- Monitoring the workflow of training processes within the SAP HR module,
- Researching new training technologies and digital platforms, and integrate innovative training tools into the organization,
- Managing relationships with recruitment consultancies and training companies,
- Actively participating in talent acquisition and development projects.
What we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, quantitative disciplines, or related fields,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical recruitment; experience in training is a plus.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English,
- Strong command of MS Office programs, with advanced Excel skills being a must,
- Experience with SAP HR module,
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization,
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and solve problems,
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
