What awaits you in this role


We are looking for fellow team members for our People and Culture team.


  • Responsible for managing recruitment and training processes related to the business units, in alignment with the BP Leader and Department Talent Management Leader,
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment processes and prepare reports,
  • Executing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, ensuring an efficient and high-touch experience for all candidates, from application to offer,
  • Organizing training programs for IT and Internal Audit employees based on organizational needs,
  • Monitoring the workflow of training processes within the SAP HR module,
  • Researching new training technologies and digital platforms, and integrate innovative training tools into the organization,
  • Managing relationships with recruitment consultancies and training companies,
  • Actively participating in talent acquisition and development projects.


What we expect


  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, quantitative disciplines, or related fields,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical recruitment; experience in training is a plus.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English,
  • Strong command of MS Office programs, with advanced Excel skills being a must,
  • Experience with SAP HR module,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization,
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and solve problems,
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
