We are currently looking for a Customer Solutions Manager to join our Operations team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Understand customer order methods and Process customer order in the most efficient way to reach the perfect order
  • Work with Sales and Finance to minimize order changes and eliminating non value activities of the process.
  • Work with Claims, Returns & Refusals personnel to resolve issues at the point of delivery, subsequent return of stock or invoice related queries
  • Have visibility of stock or timeliness issues impacting the demand of the customer
  • Work with Demand Management and Customer Facing Teams to maximize Service Levels
  • Use of reason code methodology to record appropriately all changes within customer orders
  • Optimize orders where logistical efficiency is required such as attainment of logistics trade terms
  • Work with Top Prioritized Customers on improvement projects to reach for better service and availability for consumers while maximizing top line growth ( Top priority customers in terms of NPS Share in Key Account or distributor Organisation )

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Excellent command of English
  • 5-7 years of preferably operational experience in Customer Service in a similar market environment or trade structure. or relevant operational experience in
  • Generating Demand e.g. Sales or customer administration
  • Experience with direct sales environment
  • Experience for/ with Strategic Key Account Customer
  • Operational experience in Supply Chain functions
  • Leadership experience in related business improvement projects
