Our Parts and Services Division EMEA (PSE) is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and develop Turkey towards revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and capital efficiency targets.
About The Role
As General Manager your mission is to create an efficient and sustainable organization while delivering on and executing the Epiroc strategy to win market share. You will start by establishing a strong organizational framework that supports sustainable business growth and enhances Market and Customer Share by fostering synergies between teams. You will, at the same time, expand and execute our market potential for all divisions in Turkey by reaching dominant market position for all our product lines and businesses.
In this role, you will nurture a stable and cost-efficient country, selling and supporting Epiroc products and promoting Epiroc values. You will grow a transparent and ethical organization that meets or exceeds all standards put forth by regulatory entities as well as the Epiroc business code of practice. You will ensure that each workshop, branch location and service agreement have a clear strategy to win, with a tailored portfolio of products that dominate their market segments while still safeguarding profitability from an aftermarket perspective. You will drive business with customer centricity as your guiding principle, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and a strategic approach towards winning market share.

Key Responsibilities
- Organic growth built on a solid understanding of our customer-base and market potential for our product offering, with strong territory, key account and business partner management process to retain existing customers, grow market share and increase consolidated profitability across Turkey.
- Ensure transparency and predictability in the company’s financials across Turkey. Profitability based on good price management, functional cost efficiencies and operational excellence, while maintaining high focus on working capital management.
- Drive the Digital transformation initiatives to prove the long-term vision of modern lean-agile company is approached successfully.
- Foster a high performing organization, where people flourish in our culture and develop One Team to further strengthen collaboration within and between divisions where there is a strong talent pipeline.
- Working closely with the Regional Centre of Excellence (Finance and HR) and Regional Supply Chain for boosting internal efficiency and external customer satisfaction respectively.
- Develop One Team to further strengthen collaboration resulting in greater customer and employees’ satisfaction, securing the combined strength of all Epiroc business lines and legal entities.
- Promote the sustainable company People Leadership through Epiroc core values, attitude, performance and competence development.
- At least 10 years’ experience in similar roles and potentially in highly complex matrix organizations.
- Previous experience in similar industries is a strong plus.
- Proven experience managing and nurturing diverse teams
- Degree in Engineering or relevant fields.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required, an additional local language is a strong plus.
