About the role?
- Assist in handling support tickets related to EDI and integration issues.
- Support troubleshooting network configurations, endpoint access, and permission management.
- Help monitor and resolve middleware challenges related to message flow.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth data exchange.
- Learn and support integration technologies such as SoftwareAG webMethods, IBM IIB, Mulesoft, and Dell Boomi.
- Work with traditional integration methods like AS2, oFTP, FTPs, sFTP, and file-based data transfers (CSV, XML, Text).
- Gain exposure to support management tools like Topdesk, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
About you?
- 3rd or 4th-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Able to commit to at least 3 days of internship per week.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to learn EDI concepts, API/JSON, SOAP/XML, and EDIFACT.
- Interest in IT support and integration technologies.
