QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate Associate – Total Rewards who will join our team at Human Resources Directorate in Beko.
  • Take an active role in Total Rewards processes,
  • Support and accomplish Compensation and Benefits processes and projects,
  • Prepare and control calculations, and provide support for all employee processes’ actions,
  • Manage processes of recognition and bonus calculations.
The position is located in Sütlüce, Istanbul, Türkiye. How do we describe the perfect match?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering,
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources,
  • MS Office especially Excel proficiency in advance
  • Be able to conduct guidance and counseling to departments,
  • Have competence in coordination and organization issues,
  • Possess excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Think broadly about business,
  • Understand the needs of the market and customer,
  • Have the desire to do outstanding jobs,
  • Recognize and understand the emotions of other people,
  • Listen to different perspectives and show flexibility,
  • Build collaboration,
  • Be clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
  • Be flexible and open to new perspectives,
  • Be a great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
  • Keep open communication as a priority.
