Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain such as demand-supply planning, S&OP management, and related projects within manufacturing environment.
· Excellent analytical thinking, detail-oriented work discipline, and results-driven mindset. Adoptable to work with changing environments in terms of scope of the projects and operational tasks.
· Proficiency in both using and design analytical tools such as BW, Power BI, and advanced Excel, including pivot tables and reporting.
· Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
· Knowledge of ERP, SAP, Kanban, and other planning systems. Preferably with experience in system integration projects.
· Strong communication skills and reporting abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Proven time management skills, available to work flexible working hours, keen on delivering result on time.
· Open to learning and dedicated to continuous improvement.
Preferences:
· Experience in Flexible Packaging and Make-to-Order (MTO) production environments is advantageous.
· Ability to design analytical tools such as BW, Power BI would be plus.
