QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Payout Reporting Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced professional to join our dynamic team, responsible for data processing, payout calculation, payroll support, invoice verification, and reporting. Fluency in English is mandatory.
Location : Istanbul / Ataşehir
Work Type : Hybrid (minimum 2 days at the office)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree
- Experience in working with complex data sets: cleaning, validating, analyzing, and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office tools
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
- Solution-oriented, responsible, and proactive
- Preferably experienced in the BPO / call center industry
- Basic knowledge of payroll preparation is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning, validating, and structuring data obtained from client systems and internal sources for analysis
- Preparing and consolidating the data required for calculating payouts of both freelancers and payroll employees, in coordination with relevant departments
- Managing payout reconciliation processes and responding to related queries
- Controlling invoice amounts and performing both system-based and operational validations
- Preparing payout and invoice reports in payment-ready formats
- Creating operational, financial, and performance reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Ensuring data consistency and developing automation processes using Excel tools
- Proposing improvements to increase process efficiency
