QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our export sales team in our company operating in the sealing industry. This role will play a critical part in maintaining effective communication with customers, managing orders, and contributing to the successful completion of the sales processes. Candidates with a good command of English, preferably with knowledge of German, proficiency in MS Office programs, and strong teamwork skills are preferred.

Job Description
• Manage relationships with assigned customers by maintaining regular communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Receive customer orders, track stock levels and shipments, and respond quickly and effectively to customer requests.
• Follow the sales process in coordination with Planning, Production, and Shipping departments.
• Monitor export processes.
• Actively participate in all communication processes within and outside the company.
• Analyze customer requests, provide solutions, and take necessary actions.
• Effectively manage customer complaints, adopt a solution-oriented approach, and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements
• Education: University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of English (knowledge of German is a plus).
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent ability in customer relations.
• Teamwork: Able to work well in a team and open to collaboration.
• Travel Availability: No restrictions on travel.
• Personal Characteristics: Open to development, quick to adapt to new changes, and strong problem-solving skills.
