Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a production plant.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and PLC systems.
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and heating systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Highly creative with strong analytical thinking skills.
- Experience in managing blue-collar employees.
- Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of process management.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Willingness to travel if required.
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Dunapack Packaging in Adana Plant , a leading company in the corrugated board industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Defining all maintenance operations, preparing process flow diagrams, and identifying key points, values, and tolerances.
- Leading and overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operation of machines and personnel under their supervision.
- Executing mechanical equipment installations, periodic and preventive maintenance, and lubrication processes as scheduled.
- Planning and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues at all production stages and implementing corrective actions to ensure long-term solutions.
