QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support and expand our Voice and SMS business. This role includes managing existing international clients, finding new opportunities, and actively supporting the sales and business development process.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication and relationships with existing Voice & SMS clients

• Identify and approach new potential customers in international markets

• Prepare commercial offers, follow up deals, and support contract processes

• Track customer activity and traffic patterns to ensure satisfaction and growth

• Collaborate with internal departments (technical, finance, NOC) to meet customer needs

• Attend online meetings and, when needed, travel internationally for client visits or conferences

• Regularly update CRM systems and prepare reports for management

• Stay up to date with market trends and competitors in the Voice/SMS industry


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field

• Recently graduated or 0–2 years of experience in account management or B2B sales

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills

• Sales-oriented mindset and confidence in client-facing situations

• Strong coordination and time management abilities

• Fluent spoken and written English is a must

• No restriction on international travel

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

• Female candidates are preferred.
