We are looking for a “Product Owner” within the MLP Care Head Office Information Systems Coordination Department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field,
- Good knowledge of agile software development practices,
- At least 3 years of experience in B2C/B2B product development,
- At least 3 years of experience in Web/Mobile App development,
- Working knowledge of user stories and BPMN, (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Strong SQL skills,
- Experience working with and managing 3rd party stakeholders,
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills,
- Experience in defining and delivering MVPs, (Minimum Viable Products)
- Experience in prioritizing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines,
- Solution-oriented thinking, decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills,
- A self-driven, organized, entrepreneurial spirit,
Job Description
- Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle,
- Google analiytcs, firebase, app radar, semrush or similar tools have used and mastered these tools,
- Preferably Product Owner (PSPO) certified or Product Owner trained,
- Partnering with business stakeholders, data teams, and developer teams to understand business and technical requirements,
- Conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing), product acceptance tests, and verifying that required functionality was developed and implemented according to business requirements,
- Creating and managing product backlog items, prioritizing them with the stakeholders and team according to product strategy and goals,
- Managing the sprint cycles with internal and external teams,
- Tracking the product team's workflow and ensuring teams meet their goals,
- Reporting descriptive and analytical results to stakeholders,
- Defining MVP (Minimum Viable Product) requirements,
- Defining OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the product,
