REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably graduated from Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or International Relations Departments of universities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in retail).
- Advanced level of English, Russian and Turkish.
- Experience with the use of MS Office, and Project Management Software (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.).
- Analytical thinker, result-oriented and strong in relationship management, customer focus.
- Able to commute to the Mecidiyeköy location without transportation issues.
- Active Residence Permit for Foreigners
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop marketing strategies for different regions, aligned with company goals, based on market research to understand customer behavior, competitors, and trends.
- Identify and recommend new opportunities for market expansion, continuously improving strategies as needed.
- Oversee global marketing campaigns across various channels (SMS, radio, social media,influencer etc.), ensuring localization for each market’s culture and preferences.
- Manage the international marketing budget, franchise advertising budgets, and report on campaign performance, presenting findings to upper management.
- Lead social media content and strategy globally, monitoring performance and ensuring franchise partners follow brand guidelines.
- Plan and manage international events (e.g., fairs, store openings) and promotional activities, ensuring cross-channel promotion and brand consistency.
- Manage CRM processes (email, SMS, etc.) and support PR efforts to maintain strong customer relationships and global brand visibility.
- Maintain the international merchandising and communication calendar, ensuring timely updates and tailoring strategies for each region.
- Track and report on marketing effectiveness, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global brand standards.
- Oversee brand protection, including brand registration, patents, and intellectual property management globally.
- Monitor store music, fragrance, and in-store marketing, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support franchise partners in their local marketing efforts and ensure alignment with global strategies.
- Take on additional tasks to enhance marketing efforts and align them with company objectives.
