QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Workshop Mechanical Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in steel construction and welding (IWE preferred). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in flat sheet processing, cutting, bending, stress relieving, sandblasting, and painting, and will drive production, planning, quality, and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize steel construction and welding projects.
- Manage production, planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
- Support procurement with raw material and auxiliary material sourcing.
- Train operators on machinery and optimize productivity.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software (Acad, Solidworks, etc.) for technical drawings and design.
- Apply knowledge of cutting tools, mold design, CNC programming, and fixture design.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Manage projects and communicate effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in steel construction and welding (IWE preferred).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Acad, Solidworks, etc.).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
- Military service completed or exempt (for male applicants).
