At our headquarters in Istanbul/Seyrantepe, we maintain our leadership in the sector with our customer-oriented, perfectionist and innovative approach. In our rapidly growing organisation, we are looking for an ‘Accounting Manager’ to be assigned in our head office.
To carry out all financial transactions related to the company in accordance with tax and legal legislation and standards within the scope of general and cost accounting, to follow legislative changes, to carry out company and auditor relations in financial, financial and tax audits, to follow and finalise all notifications to the company, to prepare all relevant financial statements and reporting in full and on time.
-Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Economics or Finance departments of universities.
- Preferably a master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
- To have at least 10 years of experience in financial affairs, finance, accounting and especially cost accounting in the production sector.
- To be familiar with financial legislation, free zone legislation, tax legislation and foreign trade legislation.
- To be able to use Logo and Excel programmes at an advanced level.
- To have at least B1 level of English (speaking, understanding and listening).
- To have leadership and management skills, to be experienced in team management.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, communication and time management skills.
- Completion of military service for male candidates.
- CPA certificate and IFRS experience is preferred.
- To ensure the management, coordination and motivation of the accounting and finance team and to distribute their duties.
- To ensure that financial transactions, accounting records and financial reporting are carried out in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with legal regulations.
- Preparing and analysing monthly, period-end and year-end financial statements and presenting management reports.
- To manage and regularly report cash flow.
- To take part in internal and external audit processes, to make regular financial reports in accordance with the audits.
- Carrying out relations with official institutions such as Tax Office, Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- Managing relations with banks and other financial institutions, following credit processes.
- To follow up external customer and supplier payments, to realise foreign currency transactions under appropriate conditions.
- Carrying out cost accounting processes, making cost analyses and profitability analyses on product/project basis.
- Ensuring the correct calculation of production and service costs, controlling cost elements (raw materials, labour, etc.) and identifying deviations.
- Preparing VAT, provisional tax, corporate tax, depreciation calculations and declarations.
- Ensuring that the books are kept in full, notarisation and archiving procedures are carried out.
- To take an active role in the management of company assets and investment decision processes.
- Carrying out the financing processes of investment projects and developing cost optimisation proposals.
- To hold strategic goal setting meetings with shareholders.
- To follow the changes in legal regulations and ensure that they are applied to the company.
- Ensuring financial and accounting archive organisation.
- To fulfil additional duties and responsibilities assigned by senior management.
