Marubeni Dağıtım ve Servis A.Ş. continues to be the distributor of many global brands in Türkiye, affiliated with Japan-based Marubeni Corporation, which has 136 branches in 68 countries and more than 45 thousand employees in a total of 463 consolidated companies.

Marubeni Dağıtım ve Servis A.Ş., which continues the sales and after-sales services of Komatsu, Volvo Trucks, Dieci, Crown, Bomag and Montabert brands, also provides second-hand buying and selling of construction equipment and forklifts under the Platinum Used brand and rental services under the Platinum Rent brand. Marubeni Dağıtım ve Servis A.Ş. offers products as well as value-added after-sales services and solutions to its customers in different sectors such as construction, mining, marble, logistics, industry and energy.

We are looking for a team member to join our growing organization, specifically to work in our truck unit.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering)
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in strategy, business development, or related fields
  • Experience in the heavy commercial vehicle or automotive sector is preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, financial analysis, and business modeling
  • Leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management. Advanced English proficiency is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop business development plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals
  • Analyze new business opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and present findings to senior management
  • Conduct market research to identify growth and investment opportunities
  • Perform competitive and industry analysis to develop strategies that enhance the company’s competitive advantage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, suppliers, and customers
  • Lead, manage, and support the development of the Strategy and Business Development team
