We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Planner for the world's leading smart device manufacturer to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for a key product line in the Turkish market. This role will involve strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional coordination to drive brand awareness and enhance market performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and influencer collaborations, aligned with brand and product objectives,
  • Identify market opportunities and leverage consumer insights to drive innovative marketing initiatives,
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of marketing projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and effectiveness,
  • Manage the integration of social media, PR, offline events, and retail channels for a unified marketing approach,
  • Create compelling content strategies, including advertising, social media, short videos, and influencer partnerships to maximize engagement,
  • Plan and optimize media placements and budget allocation for maximum reach and impact,
  • Monitor key marketing metrics, analyze consumer feedback, and refine strategies to improve ROI,
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge for the brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or integrated communications, ideally in the smartphone or consumer electronics sector and a background in brand communication or creative content,
  • Proficiency in English both speaking and writing,
  • Strong expertise in integrated marketing across online and offline channels,
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams,
  • Deep understanding of the Turkish market and consumer behavior,
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decison-making abilities,
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
