DENZAY is an International Architecture and Engineering Company which produces top quality design, management and quality control services for international superstructure and infrastructure projects.
Denzay is looking for a creative and highly talented, dynamic team partner as QUALITY ASSURANCE CIVIL ENGINEER / ARCHITECT , for its design office in Ankara, with the qualifications and responsibilities listed below;
Responsibilities;
- Inspect and approve the Prime Contractor’s Quality Management System.
- Coordination of site works like topographical survey, building survey, geotechnical investigations.
- Observe and inspect construction progress to ensure adherence to specifications and contact documents.
- Provide verbal and written communication daily to office-based Project Manager concerning progress and delays.
- Site inspection and Site work summary.
- Witnessing of tests and control acceptance of test results.
- Maintenance of records of trials, controls, and tests.
- Project monitoring, including:
o Risk mitigation.
o Manpower and resources.
o Support to H&S Coordination and Compliance.
- Design reviews the help and assistance of headquarters Identify deficiencies and missing documents.
- Reports on technical evaluation and justification for additional and minor works items.
- Record of all submittals and design reviews.
- Price estimations, when required.
- Enforce Company Safety, Environmental, and Quality Standards.
- Representing the company in international meetings.
Qualifications;
- University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- MBA, MSc degrees would be an asset.
- Relevant work experience of at least 2 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control of construction A&E projects, preferably NATO/USACE and international projects.
- Have experience in Industrial facility Design and Construction.
- Experience of computer skills and good knowledge of specific Engineering / Management software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, MS Project, ...etc.)
- Knowledge of international codes for the building design and construction, including WBDG, UFC, OBO, …etc.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must.
- Knowledge of environmental rules.
- Ability to travel to worldwide.
- A valid driver’s license.
