Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for a Waiter/Waitress reporting to the F&B Department to join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown set to open in June 2025
Qualifications
· Minimum high school graduate, preferably a university graduate of Tourism and Hospitality program
· At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
· Intermediate level in a foreign language (English, German, or Russian).
· Follows current practices and trends related to the profession.
· Focused on ensuring guest satisfaction.
· Committed to providing friendly and professional service.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Pays attention to personal appearance and hygiene.
· Able to adapt to long working hours.
· Willing to work in a shift-based system.
· Decision-making and problem-solving skills
Job Description
· Welcoming guests with a smile, informing them about the food and beverage menu, and offering appropriate recommendations by understanding their needs
· Correctly taking guests' food and beverage orders and conveying them to the kitchen and bar teams, ensuring that the orders are prepared on time and correctly.
· Serving guests' orders correctly, ensuring that the meals are presented properly, and complying with hygiene rules during service.
· Checking whether guests are satisfied with their meals, promptly addressing any issues or complaints and reporting them to the managers.
· Cleaning the tables in the work area, performing regular cleaning tasks, and ensuring that the restaurant complies with hygiene standards.
· Correctly preparing guests' bills, processing payments, and issuing invoices when necessary.
· Monitoring stock levels of food and beverage supplies, reporting shortages, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
· Effectively collaborating with other waitstaff and restaurant personnel, assisting team members when needed, and strengthening communication within the team.
