QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for a Bar Manager reporting to the F&B Department to join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown set to open in June 2025.
Qualifications
· Preferably a university graduate
· At least 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector and a minimum of 2 years in a similar position
· Proficient in English or Russian
· Proficient in MS Office applications,
· Strong team management and communication skills,
· High level of problem-solving and persuasion skills
· Manages time and handles stress effectively
· Able to adapt to flexible working schedules
· Capable of preparing beverage recipes and ensuring their compliance with standards
· Capable of assisting in the coordination and management of all beverage operations while optimizing beverage revenues
· Ensures seamless operations in the bars under his/her responsibility within the hotel and maintains coordination among bar staff.
· Tracks daily and weekly guest numbers,
· Implements procedures for handling complaints,
· Listens to guest satisfaction and complaints, providing effective solutions,
· Manages employee training and development, plans, develops, and monitors necessary training programs.
Job Description
· Efficiently managing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
· Overseeing, training, motivating, and monitoring the performance of bar staff
· Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high-quality bar atmosphere at all times.
· Assuring the accurate and timely fulfilment of orders.
· Providing recommendations on drinks and cocktails to customers and fulfilling their requests.
· Managing bar inventory, tracking stock levels, and ensuring timely orders.
· Ensuring seamless operations in the bars under his/her responsibility within the hotel and maintaining coordination among bar staff
· Monitoring daily and weekly guest numbers.
· Inspecting the bar’s compliance with hygiene and safety standards and overseeing necessary maintenance and cleaning procedures.
· Controlling bar costs, managing budgets, and preparing reports.
