Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for a Check-in Clerk reporting to the Front Office Department to join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown set to open in June 2025.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the field
- Fluent in at least two of the following languages: German, Russian, and English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solution-oriented, able to work efficiently and fast
- Team player
- Willing to work in shifts
- Committed to providing friendly service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Pays attention to appearance and grooming
Job Description
- Welcoming guests with a warm attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and effectively providing them the necessary information
