What You’ll Do
- Creates and implements a Category Retail/ Online+Offline Vision based on Shopper insights, Retail/O+O environment and Division Strategy
- Analyze market data, competition and creates concrete actions plans with sales team
- Analyze market distribution data, finds out opportunities, prepares channel& format specific actions plans
- Conduct shopper studies / researches for responsible categories.
- Overview of opportunities and risks per Key client/Category for CPD Assortment/Planogram presence, quantified in Sell out Value and Net Sales
- Integrates launches in Assortment Matrix as per MS projection and WD target
- Provide launch segment and distribution strategy & planograms in all segments
- Provides assessment on portfolio efficiency & guide delisting plan
- Creates Listing Selling story based on Trends, Shopper insights and Category Impact
- Translates the Brand/ Category growth vision into the Division Assortment and Distribution priorities
- Identifies Opportunities and risks for CPD growth in each category’s retail landscape, leading the creation of the selling story to capture them
- Provides Product performance, Retail and shopper insights for the different processes launch timings, pricing decisions, promotional Planning
- Builds partnerships with Key Retailers to establish L’Oréal as a thought leader in the trade, leading to the adoption of our Category Vision, facilitating the implementation of the Division Strategy
- Support Category Manager via analyzing customer / SKU based data for category management projects and makes proposals for category growth at customer
- Join category management related customer meetings with Category Manager and track field executions
- Lead promo planning and copack process, to optimize category profitability & volume. Develop & control instore execution guidance for all channels
- 4 years university degree
- 3 - 4 years of experiences in sales, marketing and trade marketing
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications
- B class driving license
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
