Farmasi Headquarters Istanbul / Çekmeköy location is looking for a Senior Export Specialist to be assigned with in the Supply Chain Management Department.
Responsibilities:
- Managing marketing and sales activities for the determined region in export markets
- Preparation and implementation of export business plan
- Effective, fast and systematic conduct of export operations
- Monitoring of production planning processes
- Extract orders from SAP and create weekly shipment plans
- To follow all export transactions from order to shipment
- Organization of customs, transportation and paperwork in export transactions
- Ensure accurate verification of customer orders and confirm shipments
- Verify invoices related to export expenses
- Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, and results relating to export market information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from related departments
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar export positions
- Advanced level of both written and spoken English
- In-depth knowledge of import/export regulations and sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
