To strengthen our R&D team in Ankara Innovation Center, we are looking for:

Technical Advisor (Chef)– Patisserie

(Ankara, Turkey)

Your Mission

  • Keeping the Innovation Center in a perfect state for Innovation days, internal and external trainings and product development process. Propose finished goods for Innovation days and present them to the customers.
  • Giving technical advice in product development process and range positioning, together with the R&D, Sales and the Marketing departments,
  • Following up closely all local and global patisserie trends and to reflect them by finished products,
  • Creating patisserie recipes to develop recipe databank,
  • Increasing the basic and advanced patisserie knowledge of customers, newcomers, and the local patisserie technical advisor team by frequent trainings,
  • Supporting all patisserie marketing activations as customer & consumer events, digital media, digital platform, PR etc,
  • Supporting all regions in Turkey for the required works.
  • Keeping the Innovation Center in a perfect state for Innovation days, internal and external trainings and product development process. Propose finished goods for Innovation days and present them to the customers.

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years production experience in food and patisserie sector,
  • Graduated from food related department of universities,
  • Able to actively drive and have no restriction of domestic / international travel,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Good command of MS Office applications.
  • Communication and presentation skills,
  • Excellent people management skills to interact with customers, cross-functional teams and third parties,
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills,
  • Creative thinker with a vision,
  • This position requires domestic travel to customer and potential sites,
