- Effectively manage customer complaints, requests, and feedback.
- Develop new systems and tools to enhance the efficiency of customer service processes.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the customer service department.
- Optimize customer service processes in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Ensure continuous improvement in customer service and Order & Delivery processes.
- Work in close collaboration with other departments (Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, etc.) to
- improve the customer experience.
- Ensure operational efficiency by effectively utilizing resources.
- Follow best practices related to customer service and Order & Delivery and educate the team on them.
- To manage customer complaints in a timely and accurate way and propose solutions,
- To monitor and report on the performance of the CS (Customer Service) and S&D (Sales & Distribution team,
- To maintain coordination within the team by conducting regular meetings to share process updates,
- To properly receive customer requests and provide timely answers,
- To develop and apply customer service policies aligned with the company's general goals,
- To establish an environment of open and effective communication among the CS and S&D team,
- To assess the training needs of the team and implement training initiatives that enhance their
- personal development,
- To ensure orders are correctly received, processed, and made ready for shipping,
- To ensure that delivery processes are completed on time and without errors to customer addresses,
- To represent the company at international organizations like training and meetings.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Having a bachelor's degree, preferably having a master's degree in related areas,
- At least 10 years of experience in customer service management or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge and experience in customer satisfaction strategies.
- Proficient written and verbal English skills.
- Knowledge of customer service software, SAP, and CRM systems
