QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an 'Human Resources Specialist / Assisstant Specialist' for our People&Culture Department located in İstanbul office.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administrative or Social Sciences,

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources,

  • Eagerness to make a difference and contribute with enthusiasm,

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong presentation skills,

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities,

  • Analytical mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow,

  • High sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines,

  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills,

  • Ability to work effectively with both local and international teams,


Responsibilities

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, etc.).

  • Assisting in CV sourcing, screening, and participating in the full recruitment cycle.

  • Preparing and maintaining employee files and HR documentation.

  • Providing administrative support across all HR operations.

  • Assisting in training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement processes.

  • Following and implementing employer branding strategies.

  • Supporting the coordination and execution of employee training programs and social events.

  • Assisting in HR reporting processes within the People & Culture department.

  • Supporting training needs analysis, planning, and execution.

  • Assisting in the administration of various talent management programs, initiatives, and tools.
