We are looking for an 'Human Resources Specialist / Assisstant Specialist' for our People&Culture Department located in İstanbul office.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Administrative or Social Sciences,

Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources,

Eagerness to make a difference and contribute with enthusiasm,

Excellent command of written and spoken English,

Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong presentation skills,

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities,

Analytical mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow,

High sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines,

Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills,

Ability to work effectively with both local and international teams,
Responsibilities

Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, etc.).

Assisting in CV sourcing, screening, and participating in the full recruitment cycle.

Preparing and maintaining employee files and HR documentation.

Providing administrative support across all HR operations.

Assisting in training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement processes.

Following and implementing employer branding strategies.

Supporting the coordination and execution of employee training programs and social events.

Assisting in HR reporting processes within the People & Culture department.

Supporting training needs analysis, planning, and execution.

Assisting in the administration of various talent management programs, initiatives, and tools.
