Qualifications:
Bachelor's or associate degree, preferably in Tourism, Hotel Management, Travel Agency, or Tourism Guidance.
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Russian or German are a plus).
Previous experience in call centers, travel agencies, or tourism-related customer service is preferred (at least 1 year).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Adaptable to flexible working hours.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international work environment.
Residing in or willing to relocate to Antalya, Turkey.
Job Description:
Handling incoming guest inquiries and booking requests via phone, email, and chat.
Providing detailed information about our transfer services, mobility solutions, and travel options.
Managing reservations, modifying existing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Assisting guests with special requests, complaints, or any service-related inquiries.
Coordinating with operation teams and drivers to ensure smooth execution of transfers and other services.
Keeping track of daily customer interactions and reporting feedback to management for continuous service improvement.
