SAF-HOLLAND is a leading manufacturer of chassis-related systems and components primarily for trailers and semi-trailers, but also for trucks and buses. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Automotive, Metallurgy, or Materials Engineering .
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control (preferably in the automotive industry ).
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and quality management systems.
- Fluent in English , both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with suppliers and customers .
- Experience in internal and supplier audits , including preparation and execution.
- Experienced in supplier development processes.
- Familiarity with QRQC methodology and failure analysis processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) .
- Strong knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM), APQP, FMEA, and on-site quality control practices .
- Ability to prepare and present technical reports to both local and international suppliers.
- Well-versed in problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis methods.
- Male candidates must have completed military service (if applicable).
- Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills , self-motivated , result-oriented , and eager to learn and improve.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business and training purposes ( both short- and long-term assignments ).
- Experience with SAP QM is preferred .
- Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to Düzce .
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing all customer relations in accordance with quality system requirements and company policies .
- Conducting customer and supplier audits in collaboration with the quality team to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Developing and implementing quality control processes to improve product reliability and efficiency .
- Leading root cause analysis and initiating corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Monitoring manufacturing processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product and process quality.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices
- Ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements and regulatory standards .
- Preparing and presenting quality performance reports and data analysis to management and stakeholders.
