- Analytical ability and leadership skills
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a professional services environment, ideally in management consulting, serving the Industrials sector required. Minimum 3+ years of experience, ideally gained in one of the top strategy consulting firms and minimum + 5 years of experience in industry sector (automotive, machinery..) role for a large corporation
- Outstanding drive, determination
- Strong knowledge of and passion for the Industrials sector.
- Proven experience in business improvement planning and strategy consulting,
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaborativel in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Proven track record in complex engagements involving negotiating skills to drive the sale.
- Proven ability to manage activity and time to reach specific targets, quotas, and project deadlines.
- Solid stakeholder management, process management, analytical and highly numerate
Job Description:
- Managing end-to-end projects, from planning through execution, including senior stakeholder alignment and communication.
- As a Senior Manager you will be a vital member of Industrials consulting team, driving value-based outcomes.
- Cultivate trusted-partner departments relationships, source project opportunities, and develop project proposals leading to revenue generation
- Identify departments pain points and develop custom solutions to complex strategy engagements.
- Demonstrate ability to develop, implement, scale, and manage delivery which balances departments success, project profitability, and employee satisfaction, while proactively responding to and incorporating departments feedback.
- Effectively manage multiple engagements and project teams concurrently, including the development of project team members by providing coaching, training, and feedback.
- Proven business consulting expertise in disciplines such as growth strategies, go-to-market strategy, segmentation (advanced analytics), product and portfolio design, pricing, marketing, value proposition development, distribution strategy (omni-channel management, digitization, and channel orchestration), sales strategies (sales efficiency, processes, incentives, and motivations), and monetization strategies.
