QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Gram Equipment is a leading supplier of industrial ice cream machines and solutions. Headquartered in Denmark, we operate globally with +600 employees across offices in Denmark, Turkey, USA, Italy, and China. This position is based in our Izmir site, located in the Aegean Free Zone, Gaziemir.

About the Role:

The purpose of the Human Resources Generalist is to be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to training, awareness of legal requirements and addressing workplace issues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manages the recruitment processes from start to finish to ensure positions are filled by the right candidates; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

  • Implements new hire orientation and follow-up on new colleagues and the hiring manager

  • Local representation/ownership of HRIS, taking master data ownership, and develop procedures and engagements

  • Support managers in competency matrix and job descriptions

  • Organization of both technical and soft skill trainings to support development activities, including partnering to identify training needs

  • Act as a trusted advisor to foster positive company culture by offering an open door for employees and supervisors to voice concerns and seek support

  • Providing support across various other human resources & administrative affairs processes.

  • Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field,
    • Min. 5 years of HR Operations experience in a multinational company preferably in Industrial Environment,
    • Fluent in English,
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and time registration systems,
    • Experience in all HR operations is essential. (Full cycle of recruitment, training and development...etc.),
    • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness,
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, growing environment and work with all levels of the team.
