QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Six Senses Kaplankaya presents a mosaic of architecture, history and art, and is within easy reach many famed archaeological sites. There are 141 guestrooms including six suites (75 in the main building and 66 Ridge Villas), all boasting stunning views to the Aegean Sea. Aegean & Mediterranean-inspired fresh, sustainable cuisine interwoven with Turkish elements and flavors is the overarching theme of three dining venues, introducing ‘Eat with Six Senses’ concept by sourcing local and fresh products. The expansive 10,000 square meter Spa, Fitness and Health & Healing Center offers guests and residents a truly integrative approach to optimal wellness. Scope of Work
As Residences Concierge Host, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.
Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with residences standards and policies.
- Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
- Process and handle all guest requests regarding packages, faxes, messages, and mail.
- Assist private homeowners in all inquiries in connection with resort services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Coordinate with departments for transfer-related requests and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel if required.
- Recommend, plan, schedule, and arrange with private homeowners for their preferred activities during the stay.
- Knowledge of countries within reasonable reach and what they have to offer.
- Knowledge of history and demographical facts about the current country.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene
- Process and handle all guest requests in regards to packages, faxes, messages and mail.
- Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with residences services, hours of operations, key residences personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Coordinate with departments for transfer related requests and assist guests with transfers to and from the residences if required.
- Recommend, plan, schedule and make arrangement with guests for their preferred activities during the stay.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Upsell all resort facilities and activities.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
- Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Residences Concierge Host, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in residences with proven results and includes the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar operational setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have excellent knowledge of guest related functions, guest service and local surrounding areas.
- Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
