QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Rieter is the world’s leading supplier of systems for manufacturing yarn from staple fibers in spinning mills. Based in Winterthur (Switzerland), the company develops and manufactures machinery, systems and components used to convert natural and man-made fibers and their blends into yarns in the most cost-efficient manner. To further strengthen our activities we are looking for a
Sales Manager
based in our Repair Station in Kahramanmaraş
Key responsibilities of the role will be:
· Lead, motivate and enable the agent sales team to achieve defined sales targets
· In close collaboration with agency sales team, develop After Sales market growth plan for Turkey
· Act as first level Sales Support for the agency sales team
· Support the Head of Sales Central Asia in further developing and implementing the strategic plan for Rieter After Sales
· Maintain relationships with key clients, including negotiation and closing on major commercial contracts
· Support agent structure to penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for Rieter After Sales product portfolio and services
· Close interaction with internal support teams (Services, Supply Chain, Backoffice and Product Management) to ensure excellent product- and service delivery towards customer.
· Collaboration in strategic projects as assigned

Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Sales & Marketing.
· Several years Sales experience in the machinery industry or After Sales Services.
· Knowledge of Textile industry preferred.
· Passion for technology and strong technical understanding.
· Knowledge in Value Based Selling.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
· No restriction to travel up to 60%.
