QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Schedule & Cost Control Engineer/Chief” with the following criteria to be assigned in our project located in Balıkesir/Bigadiç district.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Shall have an engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years Industry Experience in Project Controls in construction or mining industry.
• Experience in the mining industry and international experience would be an advantage.
• Fluency in oral and written Turkish and English.
• Valid Driver's license preferable
• Located at Project Site in Bigadiç/ Balıkesir
• Be willing and prepared to reside in Bigadiç/ Balıkesir
• Excellent computer skills (Primavera P6 / MS Project / MS Office / AutoCad).

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage scheduling and/or cost controlling consultants.
• Manage, maintain and control changes and updates to the project budget & schedule;
• Be responsible to get weekly schedule updates from EPC Contractor, Earthworks Contractors and other contractors related to Sulphide Expansion Project and monitor project baseline schedule.
• Be responsible for the coding of the initial project cost database;
• Ensure that the project budget & schedule is continuously forecasted and monitored;
• Manage project activity scheduling, monitoring and Critical Path Analysis;
• Perform variance analysis and reporting;
• Perform KPI tracking and control;
• Act as a liaison between the ERP system and Project Management / Project Controls;
• Compile periodical Project Control Reports;
• Attend internal and external Project Meetings and discussions;
• Ensure the most effective Project Control Procedures have been implemented.
• The function of Project Controls within Polimetal and ACG Metals
• Be available to work at Company mine site location
