Accounting & Operations Specialist (Executive-Supported Role)
Location: İzmir / Aydın Region (Hybrid Work Model Required)

Our business also focuses on promoting sustainable agricultural technologies and supplying food products to international markets.
Who We’re Looking For
We are currently looking for a motivated and proactive teammate who can manage accounting and operational tasks independently while also supporting the executive in daily operations.
This is not a conventional assistant or secretarial role — we are seeking someone who is:

Comfortable with multitasking across logistics, operations, and basic financial processes

Core Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting tasks (e.g. invoice tracking, expense recording, ERP entry)

Oversee import/export documentation and logistics coordination

Handle operational communication with suppliers, customers, and service providers

Assist in executive’s workload through follow-ups, reminders, and operational organisation

Monitor and ensure proper filing, documentation, and archiving of financial records
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience

Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (preferably MİKRO, LUCA, LOGO, etc.)

Experience in import/export operations and document handling

Strong English communication skills – both spoken and written – are critical for this role

High attention to detail, practical mindset, and independent problem-solving skills

Flexible mindset, high sense of responsibility, and eagerness to learn and grow

Must be residing in or able to travel to İzmir/Aydın for hybrid onboarding
Preferred Education & Advantages
