QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- To dentify the needs of each market, prepare marketing plan to grow the brand/brands and lead the execution to reach business objectives
- Brand positioning, Product Development, Creative Agency Management, Media Agency Management, Pricing, Marketing Budget Manegement & all other marketing aspects.
- Coordinate & implement all marketing projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research and advertising agencies)
- Monitor brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plans
- Managing social media and digital media channels,PR activities,
- Control marketing & promotional expenditure within agreed budgets.
- Conduct P&L analysis and develop pricing strategies
Required;
- Bachelor’s degree from Universities (Marketing or Business Administration)
- MBA will be an asset
- Experience of 1-3 years brand management career in the FMCG, Healthcare or Cosmetic industry
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and German
- A proven track record of succeccfully managing projects in all aspects of marketing(Brand strategy and positioning, Product Development, Creative/Media/Social Agency Management, Pricing, Marketing Budget Management & Market Research
- Broad knowledge of e-commerce marketing
- Strong passion and strength in consumer, customer and market understanding and insights to develop creative and innovative solutions,
- Good teamplayer, hardworking, dynamic and highly motivated personality,
- Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills,
- High interpersonal & excellent communication skills,
- Proven knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel and Powerpoint),
- No travel restrictions
- Unrelated to military service for male.
