Head Waiter - Bagatelle Bodrum
Bagatelle Bodrum, a luxurious destination renowned for its exceptional atmosphere and exquisite French cuisine, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Waiter to join our elite service team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the waitstaff team, ensuring they provide exceptional service in line with Bagatelle’s high standards.
- Greet and escort guests to their tables, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and manage guest orders, ensuring accuracy and addressing any special requests.
- Oversee and maintain the quality of food and beverage service, ensuring every dish is served to perfection.
- Monitor the flow of service and ensure that guests’ needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Assist with training and mentoring the waitstaff team, ensuring they are knowledgeable and well-prepared.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of service, including timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, ensuring a polished and elegant atmosphere.
- Ensure proper setup and breakdown of tables and dining areas before and after service.
- Stay updated on the menu, wine list, and special offerings to provide expert recommendations to guests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a high-end, luxury dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen focus on guest service and satisfaction.
- Ability to manage and multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards, wine pairing, and menu offerings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
