Role Profile
We are seeking a seasoned Business Consultant with deep expertise in AI, data analytics, and digital transformation, capable of shaping end-to-end solutions and creating strategic business value from data products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping AI and analytics projects, engaging with clients to design impactful solutions, and supporting the lifecycle of advanced data products. Your scope will span presales, strategic advisory, product planning, and delivery across industries such as Retail, Finance, Manufacturing, and Energy.

Core Responsibilities
• Lead business discovery efforts, conducting domain-specific assessments to identify key challenges, AI adoption opportunities, and data product needs.
• Own the business layer of AI and analytics solutions, defining use cases, success metrics, and value realization strategies.
• Partner with technical and product teams to design scalable, explainable, and actionable data products (e.g., predictive models, dashboards, recommendation systems).
• Support presales and go-to-market activities, including proposal creation, client demos, business case modeling, and high-level architecture planning.
• Act as the strategic business voice in cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring alignment between client objectives and technical execution.
• Contribute to roadmap shaping, leveraging domain insights to guide AI feature development, model deployment priorities, and iterative feedback loops.
• Drive client onboarding and long-term engagement, supporting product adoption, user enablement, and value tracking through KPIs.
• Champion internal knowledge development in the AI and analytics domain through reusable assets, case libraries, and workshop materials.

Competencies
• Academic background in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or Economics.
• Domain experience in one or more: Retail, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Energy.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into analytics use cases and AI applications.
• Deep understanding of industry-specific KPIs, digital levers, and AI-driven value creation mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with analytics project scoping, data storytelling, and product-market fit validation.

Technical & Analytical Skills
• Comfortable working with data exploration and visualization tools: Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as classification, prediction, segmentation, recommendation, and forecasting.
• Experience with analytics product lifecycle: prototyping, testing, user feedback, iterative refinement.
• Knowledge of ROI modeling, data monetization strategies, and business case development for AI investments.

Key Requirements
• 8+ years of professional experience; minimum 3 years in AI/data consulting, analytics product strategy, or transformation leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology groups.
• Proven record of working on AI and analytics programs, preferably in enterprise or SaaS settings.
