QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a knowledgeable and driven Product & Solution Specialist to support our ICT projects. You will be responsible for providing in-depth product expertise, assisting sales and engineering teams, and serving as a critical link between customer needs, market trends, and product development. This role requires a deep understanding of ICT and telecom equipments/solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team with technical product knowledge, demos, and client presentations.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper product integration.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and competitor insights to help drive product improvements and innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to communicate customer requirements and technical use cases.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, training materials, and technical guides.
• Participate in product launches, trade shows, and technical workshops.
• Monitor product performance and usage, providing insights to the product and marketing teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product support, product management, or technical sales
• Strong understanding of new technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex products to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and product management tools is a plus.
• Strong command of written and spoken English required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with OEM/ODM vendors, telecom operators, or system integrator companies
• Familiarity with industry standards
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CCNA, CCNP or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong understanding of MS Office applications
