In Turkey, we provide services to our guests in various concepts with a talented workforce of approximately 8,000 people in the Antalya, Muğla, and Istanbul regions.

We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “ Busboy/Busgirl ” to be considered at Rixos Tersane İstanbul.

Responsibilities:

  • To Serve food and beverage orders according to guest request,
  • To Arrive on schedule following proper payroll and uniform procedures,
  • To Make necessary setup preparations according to the directions of Venues,
  • To Set tables for different meal periods and reset them during high turnovers,
  • To Prepare the proper misenplace for any opertion,
  • To Setup tables according to area requirements as well as with a creative flair,
  • To Set all tables, side stands and back of the house areas according to service standards,
  • To be Attentive to the needs of all guests in the area of F&B Venues, providing them with dependable, punctual and enthusiastic service,
  • To Ensure all tables, chairs are set and the area of F&B is clean and neat prior to leaving for the shift,
  • To Transport all liquor, wine, beer, soda, juice, condiments, non-food items and glassware to the Venus,
  • To Ensure the breakage is minimized,
  • To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu,
  • To Tally the consumption accurately and record figures where appropriate,
  • To Provide courteous, friendly and efficient service to all guests,
  • To Ensure to clean and keep tidy all latelier areas regarding to the standards,
  • To Communicate with the guest in a good and polite manner and to be attentive to all guest requests,
  • To Report all guest complain and feedbacks to Supervisor, Assistant manager or Manager,

Requirements:

  • University degree,
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English Language,
