QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
YC INOX, %100 Tayvan sermayeli bir yatırımdır. Şirketimiz yaklaşık 300 çalışanı ile paslanmaz çelik boru imalatı ve çelik servis merkezi olarak faaliyet göstermektedir.
Duties and Responsibilities are;
- Establish and migrate human resource management policies and procedures.
- Establish a talent development system that conforms to the corporate culture and strengthen the corporate talent capital.
- Establish performance management and salary systems to maintain the competitiveness of the company.
- Managing payroll processes in accordance with legal regulations (salary calculations and payments, reporting and analysis studies)
- Taking part in the orientation and onboarding process of new staff,
- Carrying out all personnel processes such as employment and termination personnel procedures in accordance with legal regulations,
- Carrying out all recruitment processes,
- To support processes related to other human resources functions carried out in the department.
Requirements
- Having at least 7 years of experience in the field of human resources and at least 1 year of experience in a managerial position,
- Experienced in industrial companies with more than 200 employees (preferably in the steel industry)
- Good knowledge of human resources and administrative management.
- Fluency in English. (Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and SSI (SGK) Legislation
- Active, resistant to stress, good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Industrial and Union relations is preferred.
