QUALIFICATION:
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or in a relevant field
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- At least 15 years of experience in “Sales & Trade Marketing” in automotive battery industry or related sector
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; CRM tools experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with a background in team coordination
- Result oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
- Able to frequently travel
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Developing trade marketing strategies and translating brand strategies into actionable go-to-market plans to drive category growth
- Leading the commercial planning process for assigned categories/brands, ensuring alignment with business targets
- Performing product, channel, and customer segmentations
- Analyzing the battery market and market share to identify opportunities for growth and strategic positioning
- Conducting sales analysis and setting data-driven sales targets
- Generating new product and services requests based on markets needs and actively participating in the development process
- Developing pricing and brand portfolio strategies
- Leading main dealer and retailers marketing operations (branding, promotions, promotional items)
- Organizing distributor meetings and trade fairs
- Managing Retail Loyalty Program and continuously optimizing reward structures
- Designing and managing trade and consumer campaigns and promotions, analyzing ROI to improve campaing efficiency
- Conducting field research on competitive products and pricing.
- Tracking products, categories, and sales channels profitability, and suggesting price positioning changes
- Managing all processes within the Turquality Program.
