QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TOTAL TECHNIC is a leading provider of aviation solutions, committed to delivering excellence in Maintenance services, MRO etc. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives tailored to the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Identify and engage potential clients, including airlines, private operators, and government agencies.

Present and promote aviation products and services to meet client needs and close sales.

Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Marketing:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.

Analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the aviation industry.

Strong understanding of aviation products, services, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in marketing and MS Outlook.

Ability to speak both Arabic and English fluently
