As the leading & dynamic company in retail sector, Saat & Saat is looking for a Brand Manager who is passionate about uncovering and crystallizing targeted consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns, generating strategies that grow market share and brand's reputation, improving customer experience and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
• Developing brand strategies and marketing plans,
• Conducting activities in line with the company's brand sales targets and brand strategies,
• Managing and developing the product portfolio,
• Creating and managing sales and marketing budgets,
• Evaluating brand sales analyses and developing necessary actions to achieve annual targets,
• Planning activities to maximize customer satisfaction,
• Conducting brand-related data analysis and reporting activities,
• Leading campaign activities,
• Planning and managing all brand-related communication activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.),
• Preferably holding a master’s degree in MBA or Marketing,
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Brand Manager position,
• Experienced in brand budget management,
• Capable of representing the brand in all areas,
• Analytical, innovative, proactive, performance and results-oriented,
• Able to make timely and accurate decisions with strong persuasion skills,
• Disciplined, responsible, and committed to work ethics,
• Fluent in English,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.
