What we’re looking for:
- Good spoken and written communication skills in Turkish and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Clear phone and verbal communication skills, with good listening abilities.
- A focus on keeping customers happy and solving their problems.
- Prone to teamwork.
What you will do:
- Talk to customers on the phone and follow up on their requests.
- Answer customer emails in a polite and professional way.
- Understand what customers need and make sure their issues are solved.
- Suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer feedback quickly and effectively.
- Work towards achieving goals and meeting performance targets.
