QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to warmly welcome our guests, guide them, and ensure they have a comfortable stay at our hotel in Bodrum. The main responsibility of this position is to enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in our hotel.
Responsibilities:
Greet and guide guests with a friendly attitude
Check reservation details and assist with guest check-in/check-out processes
Provide information about hotel services and events
Forward guest complaints or requests to the relevant departments and ensure follow-up
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the lobby and public areas
Contribute to teamwork and maximize guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Preferably experienced in tourism or hospitality
Proficient in English (a second foreign language is a plus)
Well-groomed and with strong communication skills
Friendly, energetic, and guest satisfaction-oriented
Able to work flexible hours
A team player with a solution-oriented approach
