Now, we are hiring Russian Speaking Guest Experience Ambassadors to join us in Bodrum.
Core Activities
- To review the reservations of the guests coming to the hotel and to contact before the guests arrive,
- To help guests with their special requests (decoration, restaurant reservation, airport transfers etc.),
- To get information about guests and preparing WOW Moments for their room,
- To monitor the needs of the guests, assimilate and take action at the right time,
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service,
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests,
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience,
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling,
- To be equipped with local environment. (New restaurants, bars, clubs, shows, entertainment centers, concerts, cinemas, theaters, shopping malls, ferry times, historical and touristic places, museums, tour organizations, sales stores, car rental etc.),
- To fulfill other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Service focused personality is essential,
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset,
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system,
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
