Job Summary: The Business Partner for the Executive Office will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team by ensuring efficient follow-up on board resolutions, preparing detailed minutes of meetings, and providing high-quality presentations and reports. The ideal candidate will possess advanced English knowledge, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential, while PowerBI skills are considered a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow-up on Board Resolutions: Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on board resolutions, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes.
- Preparation of Minutes of Meetings: Accurately prepare and distribute minutes of meetings, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Presentation and Reporting: Create high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Data Analysis: Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Communication: Provide support on maintaining clear and effective communication with executive team members and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of key initiatives.
- Organization: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard.
- Detail Orientation: Pay close attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Qualifications:
- Advanced English Knowledge: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential. PowerBi skills are a bonus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role supporting executive teams is preferred.
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
